Our service doesn’t stop at delivering outstanding products
– it’s our people who make the magic happen to create
lasting, successful partnerships.
Installation provided by reputable technician. All equipment provided by us. The ideal install is if the outlet has a spare beer line and keg goes in cold room, our technical team can take care of the rest! If outlet has no line, we can install an under counter cooler and need access to gas.
We do everything, from free installation and full staff training
to regular maintenance. All you
need to do is order and pour.
Our kegs are highly sustainable. They are designed to be airtight so that
the contents cannot become stale or oxidised, and because there’s no cork, our wines can never be corked. This reduces waste because the last glass
is always as good as the first. Once tapped, each keg will stay in perfect condition for a minimum of two months. And once they’re
empty, they can be recycled.
111 glasses per keg.
Keg to glass in under 7 seconds.
Cabernet Sauvignons from renowned Californian regions such as Napa Valley and Santa Cruz Mountains are featuring more prominently on MODE lists, featuring in almost 2 out of 5 MODE venues. US wines within the premium to luxury wines range ROI sales up +14% YoY with Cabernet Sauvignon, both single varietals and blends, and Pinot Noir growing.
Sauvignon & Pinots
While Burgundy has always been a staple
on wine lists across the UK, MODE Lists are increasingly showcasing more affordable Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from designations such as Savigny-les-Beaune, Hautes-Cotes-
de-Beaune, Marsannay, Fixin, Maconnais,
and Saint-Aubin. Over half of MODE venues have increased their Pinot Noir listings
from Burgundy and 1 in 3 have increased Chardonnay listings from Burgundy.
Rich, velvety, intense flavours – Primitivo
is synonymous with Puglia in the South of Italy. Talented winemakers in the region have elevated this grape to new levels of sophistication beyond a simple blending partner, leading to over 1 in 3 MODE
venues featuring it on their wine lists.
Portuguese blends, full-bodied reds, and zesty whites continue to gain prominence
in MODE menus. This year we also see more indigenous grapes coming through such as Baga, Bical, Ramisco, and Encruzado. Portuguese blends are listed by more MODE-tracked venues. Portuguese wines appear in 4 out 5 MODE venues.
*Wine MODE captures wine trends as they evolve. MODE harnesses expert qualitative analysis of the most up-to-date wine lists from a
number of cutting-edge venues and uncovers early-stage trends which keep our followers ahead of the curve in the wider market.
Using the ‘Wine MODE’ tool*, our in-house insights team have analysed lists from several cutting-edge venues to predict early-stage trends for the year ahead. From US Cabernets & Pinots to Affordable Burgundy, read below for our top emerging wine trends.
